How it Works?

Introduction & Onboarding
The candidate will be onboarded and will be familiarized with the counselor and the counselling methodology. Post that our counselling expert will request the candidate to share the basic necessary information.

Assessment Test & Report Creation
At this stage, the candidate will be requested to give an online Assessment Test as per his/her suitability. We also request the candidate to make himself/herself stress free and have sufficient time before proceeding for the said assessment test.

One to One Counselling Sessions
Here, the Counsellor and the candidate or the parents will meet again and the counsellor will provide the expert guidance based on the candidate’s skills & abilities, aptitude and the current market conditions.

Post Counselling Sessions*
We understand that you might miss out some questions which you have thought to ask or may have some doubts which need to be answered. Keeping this in mind, we offer Post Counselling sessions for the candidates which are absolutely complimentary.
